Website Terms & Conditions
1.1 You will be able to access most areas of this Website without registering your details with us. Certain areas of this Website are only open to you if you register.
1.2 We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this Website from time to time to review the current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Website. If you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions after we have given notice, you should not continue to use this Website.
2. ORDERING FROM ROCHE
2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered. If for any reason we do experience problems with the supply of certain products we may supply a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price to avoid any lengthy delays. If this is the case, we will inform you of this, and if you are not happy with the replacement or substitute you can cancel the order or wait for the item to come into stock.
2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
2.3 We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available (though in this instance we would endeavour to supply a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price)
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
3.1 All prices exclude VAT (where applicable) at the current rates.
3.2 VAT at the current rate is added at the checkout stage, along with any relevant carriage charges.
3.3 Our prices are reviewed regularly and we reserve the right to amend without prior notice.
4. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
4.1 Cancellation Policy: You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the delivery of your order by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or phoning us on 01422 310 193.
In the event of you cancelling your order before we despatch your order we will issue you a refund for the total value of your order including any carriage charges. We will refund you within 7 working days of the cancellation of your order. If you contact us whilst the goods are in transit, you must refuse the delivery. In this instance we reserve the right to deduct the carriage charge from your refund.
4.2 Returns Policy / Cooling Off Period: If for any reason you wish to return a product in perfect working order, we provide a 14 day returns policy as long as the item is returned in an unopened, resaleable condition. Returns need to be made within 14 working days from the purchase date and the buyer is to cover the return costs. You would need to contact our Customer Services team on 01422 310193 or email email@example.com to obtain a return reference number (PID). Once you have this reference you can arrange the return of the item/s. Upon receipt of the item it will be inspected to ensure it has been returned in an unopened, resaleable condition and if so a full refund is processed.
Please note: Returns will not be processed without a valid returns reference number, so you must first contact our Customer Services team to obtain a number.
As a general rule, unless otherwise stated, a 12 month warranty is provided on all of our products. In addition to this we are also able to offer Exclusive extended warranties across a large range of products, giving you further peace of mind. Please be aware that some warranties and offers are only available to Education Sector customers, while every effort is made to clarify this on the product page you may wish to check with a member of our sales team prior to ordering. If we are unable to offer the advertised warranty to your particular sector we will of course inform you as soon as possible. As part of our Exclusive Hitachi Projector Warranty package we are also able to offer a Free lamp with most projectors. Please be aware that the lamp may be supplied in the form of a voucher as opposed to an actual physical lamp.
